Darbes,
Re -- Atiq Raza sold almost all of the roughly 1/2 million shares that he held...

Is this news? Jerry/Vin Dham sold a whole lot of shares in the 30's.

Brian Hutchinson (also an alleged insider, with his "sources") sold all of his shares in the high 30's. He now hold a "few" calls.

Dief (according to him) sold all of his shares in the 40 and 25 range.

Yup, You and the old ladies who are duped out of their retirement checks by the Analysts are holding.

Enjoy the ride to 10 first and much lower later.

Stockman

I suspect Petzinger also sold his 100's (speaking like jerry probably 300) shares.

DRBES , re. sale of shares
According to street wisdom (from the Yale Hirsch traders almanac)
insider sales generally do not give a reliable indication of future stock movement . Purchases on the other hand are a good indicator,
since they give indications of changes in company prospects .
I guess the reason for that is insiders are not good market timers , they are after all businessmen and not market specialists.
Unless AMD is just incapable of improving their wafer processing ,
which I doubt with all their experience , then the stock chart history tells all . I am sure that you have a long term chart of AMD , so by
what you see on that chart do you think that this is a good time or bad to go long on AMD ?
regards , Brian
