Yes, Dave, most Americans want only a part time job so they can use crack in their spare time. All my neighbors are just like that guy. In fact, I think 95% of Seattle is on crack. What is important is that people who are on unemployment are being reinforced not to find employment. It is utterly stupid. Anyone who knows anything about behaviorism knows that it is stupid. Yet, our congress and president continue to fork over more taxpayer dollars. Dave, what you want is to find some evidence that justifies your views that the world is a jungle where most people are out to screw someone out of their money. That allows you to remain snugly cocooned in your narcissistic fantasy where you are the center of the universe and only you, and by extension your family, are the only important elements in this world and that you should not be responsible for paying for anything outside that fantasy and your family. Its why your leaders in DC are threatening to derail the entire country because they represent more people who think just like you.
