The records are only based on short term 10 and 20 year records. Here in Atlanta we are predicted to be 93 degrees and the all time record is over 100. 4th and 8th warmest doesn't cut it. Especially when we know they exclude weather stations that do not have elevated temperatures. Then change the weather stations used when that changes.
