The real gotcha is content cost. But Nflx has got to shaking in it's boots.

I agree with you, it's an immense challenge. On the flip side, I'm not sure anyone has ever had this much "vision" and plain cold hard cash to throw at the problem, either.

Still, I'll wait for the 1.1 release. :)
