Tradable citizenship = no problem. Company buys and lends you a Tradable Euroserf citizenship, you swoop in and do the work. Then leave when time's up. Local yokels get a good employee from overseas to do the work they can't do at a price they won't work for. You could "work to buy" the citizenship from the company, accepting the citizenship after working well for them for three or five years in lieu of cash payments. Commit crimes while in their neck of the woods and receive a deduction of the proceeds of you selling the citizenship. Or if the crime is bad enough, [mass murder for example], they confiscate your citizenship and sell your body parts at auction. Mqurice
