News yesterday was a little insignificant...but it was released during market hours. Today there is some serious 'meat' to the implications.

Sounds like amazing news, but I am wondering how this news fits with their current strategy? I can see this announced right after their plant becomes commercial.

( I know this is a trading thread with less analysis type chat, if folks want to discuss more detailed stuff why don't one of the originator who found ORT start another thread on it? Just a suggestion.)
