MC Niemi;

All your questions were discussed during the conference call. You may want to call the company to get a transcript of the call or maybe they will post it on their home page.

He stated that the ceramics technology is new and different, but that HED material has the potential to replace base materials for over 50% of the carbon/cloth market.

The question on what is better HED or ceramic most likely will run to which one can be manufactured to fit certain requirements. I think ceramics application will be more the niche market where the HED material will be used for others.

These are all very good technical questions:

In summary, yes, our HED films are designed to offer some of the same advantages as the companies products you mentioned. Polystor and Pinnacle are in a slightly different area and to my knowledge are not moving into metallized films.

On the other hand, Maxwell Labs over the past six months has gone out and hired new staff and bought equipment specifically for making metallized film capacitors. They have been one of our past customers and they have samples of our HED films. Their business objectives are quite complimentary with ours, they use our films and they are always very keen on new materials for high energy density improvements.

Thus, HED films are one of the technologies competing for portions of this growing market. However, one of the applications we designed HED film for is for the AC market in lighting and motors and power factor correction. This market is established and is about $500 mil worldwide. So, while there are niche and developing markets for HED films, it was also designed as a direct replacement for current films but enables the component to be produced with half the weight and size at slightly lower costs.

RE: Brown and Crisp - All of our sales go to an exclusive distributor who then sells to retail, called Media Group. Fourth quarter bookings are currently at an all time high, we just have to get the product out the door. Third quarter really pissed me off. Sorry.
