The thing you do not get, Sly, is that most iPhone sales are not in the United States.

Stop being so USA-centric.

"Verizon sold 2.2mil in 8 weeks in Apple's Q2. That's 275K per week. 5weeks they miss for a full quarter is 5x275k=1.375mil. Add that to Q2 number of 18.65mil and you get 20.025 mil."

Give me a break-- 2 months ago, you were talking about the initial pent up demand at VZ, and how the VZ iPhone exited the quarter selling less than the Thunderbolt did (130K per week). Now suddenly, because it suits your thesis, Verizon is back to magically selling iPhones in a linear fashion in the prior quarter.

How do you live with yourself?
