O.K., so EAS is allowed to go up now? Maybe now they can release some news on field activities? They have gone radio silent for the last 6 months, except for news on their taxable distribution of shares in spin off companies which americans aren't eligible for.

So considerate of these guys to give their shareholders a taxable illiquidity event.
