If they are union, Obama will help in any way he can. There are no excuses for scum non union workers expecting assistance from the American People.

I heard Obama saying he wants to cut strings and red tape that hold back employment.

Why does he always say he "wants to"?

Why hasn't he stifled the NLRB, the EPA, Mining and Management and cut strings and red tape in those areas?

Construction jobs, by their vary nature, are short term. Ask any construction worker. Infrastructure in the USA is direly in need of attention thanks to GWB's neglect.
