We may have been "told we had a recovery process that was capable of extracting these levels in bulk amounts", but there were lots of warning signs on that; the "no measurable degradation" phrase that appeared in two PRs touting scaleup scared the hell out of me!

What that said to me [and I voiced here and in e-mails] was that the process was definately *not* scalable in any economic sense.

The economics was not meant to be addressed in this report, so it is my read that the same fiction might well have been perpetuated once more but for Bateman's good sense!

Amen!...you just crystalized my (and I'm sure many others') thoughts on this whole debacle. I sold today for the very same reasons you mentioned - not to mention that I believe the price would only deteriorate from here in the coming weeks.
