early returns over at the SureTrade thread don't seem all that good...even with their isolated troubles, datek seems to be rising above the rest in their price range. Both support and performance seem to be steadily improving at Datek!

I currently live in US. So I am not sure if you will be treated the same as me.
But from my understanding, an investor will be treated in the same way as American except you can't do margin if you live outside US.
