Ed Newman, Bilberry, This infusion of cash NOW is all the more important in the technology/electronics sector which has such a small window of opportunity. Some of this technology could be obsolete 5 years from now (sic). JMAR cannot afford to wait. The future is now. I could fault them for not offering those shares to shareholders first but we are always complaining about the float. It would appear as though the float would remain the same? Richard
