Perhaps the demand for credit is not there, perhaps they are expecting worse, who knows.

I see them as inflation in a can. Once put to work, there will be tons more currency sloshing around.

Who knows.

The banks don't want to lend, there has to be a
reason, maybe they still have so much shit on their
