I saw your post. Pretty amazing charts. "In a nutshell it seems the markets now are more managed than ever." If you're not an insider and you can make money in these markets it's just dumb luck. The concept of "investing" was washed out of these markets long ago. It's exactly why I dumped everything into gold shares and went about doing more interesting and fulfilling things. So, far that has turned out to be a good choice. The way I see it, if the chit really does hit the fan I will no longer have the luxury to do those things I love so best get on with it whilst I can. The day could come when I spend my time just trying to survive. Nothing new in that concept. That's how our ancestors spent their time. Survival was a full time occupation and it may very well be again.
