You seem confused. the investigation is substantially over and they found nothing. 2 years old non cash restatements. Dats it. CMKX? Rofl....that was a non reporting sub penny pink riddled with fraud and everybody with an IQ higher than a banana already knew it. SEC found zero fraud, hence the I investigation is substantially over. A tier 1 restatement violation typically carries a $50,000 fine. Good news? No. $50,000 a game ender? Hardly. :)
