It is hard to believe that the same managment that built this thing based on superior customer service is not going to listen to us at all. There is still time, send your complaints to them and DE Shaw, maybe some pressure or at least inquiry from the top will cause them to do something.

Anyone know if the News they offered as of today is real time, or is it the same crap you can get from NewsAlert 15 minutes delayed for free?
