I looked up that unemployment data after watching the Republican presidential debate. The liberal moderator, who works for CNN, ask the question where were the jobs created after the Bush tax cut? I thought that was a fair question. So I checked it out and the data shows that a lot of jobs would have to have been created to get unemployment down from 6.1% in May 2003 to 4.6% in May 2006. It is a 32.6% drop in unemployment.
