There it is.....the doggedness is the dilution. The market didn't respond well to this issue of common. 1/2 mill of the 3 mill is to be sold by insiders (nearly 20% of the proceeds will go to insiders, not to the company). It is usually considered a bad sign when a hi percentage of a common stock offering is made up of stockholders.
Also, what does everyone think of the dilution??? 3 mill shares on 14 mill currently....... 21% dilution. I hope they can do some good things with the leftover cash. I guess we now know why the stock has been so "dogged out" just lately. Hopefully the underwriters can steam up some good promotion..... does'nt look real positive to me though. But, the stock price I think now reflects all of this. What do others think??? Opinions????
