"Build forgiveness into the ecosystem so we can handle the normal shocks that nature....." Like in biology of the individual... there are a lot of "redundant systems" which can rebuild after shocks or damage to on system or another. Interestingly this is "localism" as opposed to federal control. You'd think the republicans would be all over this... but they seem to more "corporatists" than real "conservatives" these days. Interesting interview... thanks. DAK
