The pattern seems to be that folks that can't understand wasteful and inefficient governments have an irrational fear of law abiding citizens and the second amendment.......Some of the dots must be missing in their puzzle.

My little prayer continues to be...."if my vehicle has to break down, let it be smack dab in the middle of NRA country and not some Chicago or any other 'let the thugs have free reign' hell hole."

Maybe, the specific names and home addresses of all the conservatives and liberals of those attending the various events be placed on the internet so that the respective homes can be picketed. Would not this be a freedom of speech!!!

You call demanding specific names and home addresses and picketing people's homes and harassing them for exercising their rights to keep and bear arms "freedom of speech?

Talk about intimidation, these are tactics used by thugs.

What would you hope to accomplish?

Neeka, I made the above statement to reflect the view that what can happen when emotions get out of control. A person can cover ones intent utilizing the freedoms of "freedom of assembly, freedom of speech, right to bear arms" to reflect their real purpose of intimidation. The problem, if something escalates, emotions may get out of control "mob rule" overcomes common sense. Then, intimidation becomes violent between emotional beings with the "outcome justifying the means." Does the "Ends Justify any Means?" Some individuals would say yes. I would say NO! All we have to do is listen to the emotional statements being reflected on this site where individuals are personalized, polarized for their views with the use of emotionally charged words and views,

My purpose of my posting has appeared to accomplish my objective-to get threaders thinking about the consequence of intentions and the outcomes of their behavior. It appears I may have accomplished my objective.
