ElM, there are hordes of young people around the world already. Where I'm currently lurking, there are swarms of babies and children. There is no shortage of young people. On the contrary, the old and wise seem in somewhat short supply. With Cyberspace, young people can do well from anywhere they have a fibre connection. If there was fibre in Angola, the young people there could connect and start pixelating the planet. India already has swarms of people feeding into the network. No longer do steel mills and car factories have to be built where the people are, or the people moved to where the factories are as happened in the industrial revolution. Now, the network can move to where the people want to be or are. Many minor Cyberspace companies are now more important than General Motors which is worth only $45 billion, which is less than the cash in the bank of some Cyberspacoids. If you check global demographics, you will see a large surplus of young people and a shortage of IQ above 130. There are swarms of young people below 100 IQ. We need more eugenics. But worry now, we are getting it. Hence the Flynn Effect = ask Google. Ask women about to select a bloke for reproductive purposes what they want in a bloke. You will find nearly all of them want a good Flynn Effect contributor. Mqurice
