I agree. The S&P 500 is sitting exactly below the trendline connecting the tops of Oct 7 & 21, and if it doesn't penetrate this by more than 2% soon, it should start another downleg. The +900 upticks yesterday usually occur near a short term top.

PAG is trading at it's low since January due to a secondary and has an 11 FFO multiple. I like that they have had a lot of secondarys and are consolidating. The FFO growth will accelerate as they finish putting all the money to work and the industrial sector is one of the best out there for the next 3 years. GREAT entry point for the investor looking for a 15%+ combined return for the next 3-5 years. SEA was at 23-3/4 on Friday when I wrote the smae thing. It is already up 5% over 25 now. I suspect that the funds will be accumulating PAG also before 4 weeks go by.
