Ron: I am not a good TA guy, but I have learned a lot from some really good posts on this board--including, but not limited to Douglas Fant and Jon Tara. And of course, Chip Hunter has been invaluable while sharing his charts with me. (Couldn't resist that one). Correct me if I'm wrong, board members, but most TA posts (just read Jon's most recent) indicate the stock is OK on the tech side--not great, but not bad. I think TA and fundamentalists alike agree that what the stock needs to move higher in the near term is some good news from COMDEX (stay tuned, there are some announcements from there later in the week per this board) or some upgrades. The lawsuit did not help today, but I think its a short term problem that will be blown away by the overwhelming good news of late and in the future. You are right--there are worse stocks to own right now. CJay
