Not much. Dow Theory focuses on the dow and requires either cyclic highs or lows by both.
PMs proacting and reacting to dollar decline brought on by the debt issue.

I think the debt ceiling will eventually be raised after a hard fight and the extra revenue will come from QE3... this is going to fuel another rally and push gold and silver higher also... I think...
