How do you post a picture only if the url is for an article where the picture is embedded?

Did you try this:http://www.screencast.com/t/556hrmzvg (Short video how to insert an image) Yes, that's exactly what I did. For some reason it won't work on this picture. The picture only shows in editor. It looks like there is a double http in the link that throws off the editor when publishing.
