These guys could precipitate a panic. Both sides need to quit politicking and get in a room and work it out. It is ridiculous to have each side coming out and talking about how bad things are going. It just makes it that much worse. Personally, I think the markets are taking it relatively well thus far. But I agree -- by the end of the week it will be getting critical if some kind of terms aren't agreed by then.
