Tulvio,
If JMAR can demonstrate an XRL system running 40 wafers/hour at .13 microns, that will raise a few eyebrows. Look what happened when IBD had a small write-up. IBM and some big Japanese companies backing XRL also helps. Don't write JMAR off yet.

I agree completely and I think Mr. Martinez has already stated that these machines will be for shorter production runs and R & D so as to not tie up larger production machines. If they can reach this as a demo now, and produce as he's stated in 1998 at .13 microns or better, surely there would be a niche market for it. Do you not agree?
