I covered that short from 1333.00 and went long again at 1330.50, the market isn't really all that weak yet... GZ

An important note on options: Also, so there will be no confusion about my call writing, in addition to writing next month's at the money calls, I also write deep out of the money calls that are deferred a long time out, they also have very fat premiums and are completely worthless in real time... for example, with the AGQ, I wrote several 570 January 2013 call for 100.00 each, that was a cool $10K per call in my pocket... when silver collapsed a few months ago those calls went all the way down to 12.00 so I closed it out... writing deep out of the money deferred calls is another way to take in pure profit without much sweat... there are many ways to take advantage of the option market, you just have to do it...
