Brad I think you are right and these are the valuations this stock had when the assumtions were .046 AU (fully COC'd by BD) and there were only 16 MM shares. Now we are talking about slightly less (albeit on just few samples) and about 30 MM shares (taking the $10 MM new debt and the $17 MM still owed to Phonix at $3/share). That is why I added the "potentially" lower.
