Some of us had already waited more than a year, and this is what we got. As a Design Electrical Engineer, I am going to screw-it to S3 any way I can. Same goes for my colleagues. We are joining the class action lawsuits! Also, there seems to be a possibility that a few of the lawsuit could win at one time, and not just one. That is the reason for the slight differences in the the lawsuits. I am not sure about this, but I will be soon, after I am finished checking it out.

Ray, stop trying to hype up this stock! <Now is the time to buy!!!!! You may wake up tomorrow and find the price @ $8.....Do you buy then? ... The new base is 6.5 and the resistance short term is 9+.> I don't see any justification for any of your statements other than the my suspicion you have some personal agenda for hyping up this stock.
