Mq I have to say my initial visceral was exactly like Elmat's.. however a little thinking made me consider that had he targeted Muslims he would already have been discounted as simply another white supremacist crackpot lauded by the same fringe.. This will get him a lot more impact... so yeah hard to say he is insane... although apparently that is already the play by his lawyer... police countering with possible crimes against humanity.. ups the the ante to 30 years max from 21 for murder...

Brazil to send 100K science students abroad. The government will finance 75,000 of the scholarships and the private sector will put up the funds for the remaining 25,000, he said.

"We will place our best students in the world's best universities," Mercadante said. He said the aim of the program is to "correct a deficiency in the education of professionals in exact sciences."
