Hmmm... I wonder if it's even possible to libel an anonymous party... As far as we know, you may just be a computer program set up to read SI posts and post annoying responses. Sorta like a Serder Argic for SI. (Serdar Argic is/was a "bot" that roamed through any Usenet newsgroup relating in any way to Turkey (the country), and spewed back automated responses that were keyed on certain phrases, and put forth a revisionist history of the time around WWI. It was quite amusing to see it's responses to Christmas recipies involving a certain stuffed bird. :) )

Dearest Chip: You are so good at taking one thing out of context and ignoring the rest of everyone's posts. I simply meant that the lawsuit held the stock back---and since you claim to have seen this slowdown in your chart, this implied to me that you saw the lawsuit in your chart. Of course, any knucklehead (i.e. you, Chip) should be able to tell I was being facetious. I really don't believe you saw the lawsuit--or anything else, for that matter---in your chart, since it does not exist. So of course, you could not be insider trading, tough guy. You are just blowing smoke, as usual. CJay---sitting here trembling PS--Chip--its been real, but dont post me anymore--I would email you, but you dont have an email address. You keep going in circles and noone buys any of it. So if i ignore you, I just got tired of the out of context mistatements, the gloating, and the silly questions you pose on each post. I will let others on this board address you---which they have done well--but frankly, it would probably be better if we all ignored you. Or just laughed at you, which I do quite often.
