Elmer, thanks for the insight. I haven't had to buy back any options yet. It would be nice to have that problem, though! Maybe I should be a little more aggressive. Good luck to you.

INGR sues INTC
INTERGRAPH CORP said it filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court,
the Northern District of Alabama, Birmingham against INTEL CORP.
The suit alleges that Intel coerced Intergraph into relinquishing
certain patent rights concerning Intergraph's Clipper
microprocessor, the company said in a statement. A company
spokeswoman said the case was filed Monday morning at the
Birmingham court. Court officials were not able to confirm the
receipt of the lawsuit. Intergraph said the the patents in
question define the architecture of a microprocessor's cache
memory management. Intel legal officials were not immediately
available to comment on the suit. (Reuters 01:17 PM ET 11/17/97)
