Wasn't trying to defend Jay's comments, only correct a misstatement about receiving compensation from companies he reports on. As far as I know, Jay didn't recommend a specific price for selling Naxos. His recommendation was that, since Naxos had a good run recently, take some profits and buy IPM, which was likely to be lower and may offer more appreciation potential. You'll have to be the judge (or history will) as to whether that is a sound recommendation, irrespective of the commentary about Naxos management. Alan
