I know worm, I've done it myself as well, in Federal Court (where pro se litigants get a lot more leeway). I sued a NJ municipal police department and got them to settle day before trial was to begin.

Eade made it easy though. He is a lawyer, he doesn't get the leeway a pro se, non-lawyer would, plus his case was baseless. From his first filing I thought if this judge has a clue, Eade just signed his professional death sentence.
