New Hires: TPRO's March, '97 (or maybe Feb.) conf. call said TPRO had $14 mil. in executable backlog at that time and were negotiating an additional $60 mil. or more in new contracts. I mention this old news to illustrate that TPRO has had no trouble whatsoever keeping its engineers working in billable projects under Jenkins. With rates now rising to $160/hr., by all means bring on new hires as fast as they can be placed into billable projects. The error here would be to not hire and let backlog build up.
