On the surface that sounds more honest, but remember half the country doesn't pay income taxes and if they didn't pay payroll taxes, they wouldn't pay anything. * * *

Yes. Obama said he has to pay student loans..WTF?? He did mention them as if on par with SS and Veterans. He also said we need infrastructure and construction jobs...Yes! He plans a huge "works " type program. Just like FDR! He wants to buy the union votes before election. But our dear leader in a teachable moment told us he might not have the cash to p ay SS expenses. In other words, he said, I might have more important uses for the SS revenue then paying SS expenses.
