I went to the IRS and got copies of both and she claimed I had stolen the letterhead paper from the US Treasury and made the copies myself. Hillary Clinton couldn't have pulled that off. Then the State gets involved and tagged me for $92.04. That's not worth fighting. OTOH I did get a CPA who dug into it and found that the IRS owed me money PLUS interest to the tune of $6,980. Got the check today.
