I think the first minor VP could be touched quickly and we might see a reaction from there and maybe a chance to add to shorts if it bounces without producing another buy signal. If we get past the minor VP and your first major VP doesn't bounce and give us a buy signal then the bull market could be in big trouble. I think the bull is still alive, so I am guessing the trend will reverse at or above 1263 but the market wants to react to whatever the bozos in Washington decide to do so anything can happen. And you hit the nail on the head yesterday when you said don't think too much, just go with the signal and see where it takes us.

If a debt deal is reached, then expect a strong rally. The key will be how strong and whether or not it will be more than a one day pop.
