$1 Trillion in lower debt payments? Why doesnt everyone want to do that? Is it paying off 30 year bonds that pay 5% with 6 month T Bills that pay 0.25% ? That would be stupid and should not be considered as part of the plan. Tell us Kenny how is he going to lower the debt payments?
