it's called "privatization of social security".>> Geeez, how can U privatize something when the Gov't stole all the money out of it to reduce the deficit. What the hell, is the Gov't gonna have WS do an IPO of SS to put some money back into it!!! We could have Cal. teachers pension fund buy a bunch and the fund guys would love it. Kind of like Fannie Mae,Freddy Mac, and Sally. How's that for creative financing, and it's backed by the full faith & guarantee of the U.S. Gov't. Somewhere I read about the WS investment banker who told a potential client: Don't go broke- Go public.
