Oh, I see, you're referring to options, is that correct? Yes, I agree, there could be a problem, but I never hold an option about to expire... I dump them when the cream is taken off the top... at least, so far i've been very lucky to avoid those nightmares... i never like getting close to expiration dates or delivery dates, that's asking for trouble...IMHO
