David....the value here is in the lands Pat acquired for a steep discount to the prevailing market price which appears to be 1600.00 an acre at a minimum. Due to the nature of the properties acquired there are no time constraints as to work and or drill programs etc. Very interesting story on how Pat managed to acquire this acreage at such a steep discount, with permission I shall post it. There are no royalties yet but as the area heats up and if the major players in the play start reporting the production numbers , there can be some huge upside here. That's the play, I am willing to sit tight and wait for Rosetta and others to finally report numbers as it has been under tight hole status for all in the area.
