Carolyn, I agree with you. I believe that a slight increase in revenue enhancement does not solve the complete deficit problems. However, from an emotional basis it does some compassion and consideration of shared sacrifice of the various parties.

It is all about votes. It has nothing to do with compassion. If more tax revenues are needed, then raise everyone's taxes not just those who already pay the most. It is irresponsible and self serving. It is wrong.
