Here is proof of what you say. He stated the Boehner bill is dead and then he links to an article saying it is being rewritten.

I expect the revised bill to be passed later today or tomorrow. Reid will have a fit and make a fool of himself once again. The senate will make a few amendments to save face. Then it will go to Obama. He will blame Bush for the whole mess and then sign it.
