Three houses for sale on our street when we went to Europe a month and a half ago

They're all still for sale. Not exactly a statistically significant sample, but for sale signs around here didn't used to last too long.

Realtors are calling up asking if we know any interested buyers.

Maybe once the effect of the downgrades clears. But that leads to an interesting question - What/Who are the best seniors right now?

On real estate, there are at least 6 units for sale in our building which is unusually high. I think it has to do with a project initiated by the strata to redo all the balconies for an unknown final cost. (Who signed that contract? - <g>)
