Good Morning from the other side of the world...

...and people laughed at the air fresheners.... I view the press release
biz.yahoo.com
as quite positive, and agree with previous sentiments that this is part
of what will keep CSMA ticking over until the Oil and Disposal Well kick
in.

So Franco, David S, David M, Russell, Ellen, and Carole {who I have a newly
inspired awe for @ 46DD :-) }, it looks like we have some new friends to
play with. This certainly was a busy little thread overnight, my time, and it
took a while to wade through the 150+ messages. Welcome aboard everybody.

There's been a lot of conjecture about the target price of this puppy. If
thread participants will review the rest of the thread, the above mentioned people have
all contributed valuable information and comments. Keep in mind that the
disposal well upgrade should add $2 to $3 per share alone, if all goes through
with the grade 5 licence. Add the ever-growing Adhatters, CO&G, and LPS, all
of whose financials we'll find out about soon. I think that it would be
reasonable to say that the figures soon to be released are probably towards the
lower end of the scale of what we are to expect from these subsidaries in
the future. Add to this the deal with ERHC and the undisclosed number of
shares and cash for the sale of a potentially rich piece of land in Utah.
Add further CSMA's liquidity and ability to immediately finance expansions
of operations, and it all adds up to a small but growing company with
excellent growth potential and unusually good fundamentals for a BB stock
(which it should not remain, as it's hoping to list on NASDAQ soon, which is
another positive and quite likely development).

Just can't wait for Dec 1st. In my humble, and largely ignorant opinion,
positive financials plus approved well upgrade plus business expansion
equals a share price considerably above the current levels. I'm planning on
holding well into double figures.

And for David S - two words - Multi Millionaire. Congrats coming soon, pal,
I'm sure. Franco won't have to wait too much longer either. I've only got about
1/10th of Franco's position, so I'll just be happy to be able to pay cash
for (another) house, in my ongoing quest to become a slum lord back in Australia.

Regards,

Durro
