I appreciate your efforts and phone conversations with various brokers, but this last one proves the analogy that a broker is like a mushroom--keep him in the dark and feed him sh*t. This guy knows absolutely nothing--and, IMO, this kind of hype is far worse than what M Chen repeated, because it raises the caliber of the JV partner and the amount of money to a new level. What if the partner isn't some marque mining company, and the money is 1/4 to 1/2 of what he said? Lot of disappointment? Again, IMO, pure fantasy.

Mr. Miller am concerned about the way-overestimated figure being pumped into the JV negotiations. I have no idea, of course, but a figure of $35 million seems unlikely, given my general business experience. I think this figure could have come from the classical "telephone line" we used to play in kindergarten and worries me because my feeling is it is better to be on the conservative side, as I believe BCMD is, and be pleasantly surprised, than to have large figures around that can only inevitably disappoint the public and the stockholders. If we heard a figure of $3 million, and then it were more, would that not be thrilling?

Notwithstanding, I appreciate your posts, your energy in ferreting out information, and everything you pass on. I would just perhaps encourage you to exercise judgement about passing on "everything" when it can only fall under the heading of "hype" and be damaging.

Mr. Miller: Hyping the stock with unsubstantiated rumours is the surest way to disappoint in the face of what will be exciting developments. 35 million is an absurd figure. Even if the JV came in only at 5 million, that would be enough to fund operations and clear debt over the next year. $ 4 by the end of December would be spectacular, but then again so would a solid and sustainable $2.00 which would be a significant percentage gain above where we are now.
