Dennis:
I hope I am right too. I agree----and it appears to have been confirmed,
since we now know there are more announcements later in the week--that
Sim is keeping something---hopefully the best---for last.
This stock is a core holding right now, and I think I can get 40 one of these days if things break right.
And, despite its high Beta, its actually been holding up well in the recent market downturns---given its PE and prospects,
its the best of both worlds--a growth stock at a value price!!
Good luck---I waited this long, a few more days wont matter
Oh--I know nothing about Aztec or the basis for its lawsuit--but, as per my
prior post to Kiri, I am skeptical of its merits. We will have to find out more in the next few days--I imagine CREAF will
respond in a press release or news conference (probably tomorrow). I assure you CREAF will denounce the suit as meritless.

BTW, anybody know what it is that Aztech claims to have a patent on and how the AWE64 is supposed to be in violation of that?

---------------------------
Here's there patent
patent.womplex.ibm.com

The AWE64 Gold mixes streams of digital audio in the digital domain. I suppose that's what they're talking about, of course most all chips in modern audio processing hardware do this.
